Privacy Policy
Your personal data is protected and secured with us because your privacy is our first priority. This Privacy Policy covers our data collection practices and describes your rights to access, correct, and/or restrict our use of your personal data.

- We may obtain certain information through your social media or other online third party accounts if they are connected to your platform account. If you login or Sign up to our platform via Facebook or another third-party platform or service, we ask for your permission to access certain information about that account. Depending on the platform type and policy we may collect your name, profile picture, account ID number, login email address, location, the physical location of your access devices, gender, birthday, etc. as required by our system. Those platforms and services make information available to us through their APIs. The information we receive depends on what information you (via your privacy settings) or the platform or service decide to give us. The collection, use, and sharing of your data will also be subject to the privacy policies and other agreements of that third party.
- We have course purchase fees to pay through our payment system. For that, we will keep your payment details like bank/credit card/debit card/other payment method information, billing address, etc. while keeping your data confidential. In the case of mentors, they also have to link Payoneer/PayPal/ Mastercard/Bank details which will also be kept safe and secure.
- We will also keep information regarding your course updates like posts, questions-answers, comments, your assignment works, and feedbacks to improve our course infrastructure.
- We also collect and store information about your problems, reports, issues, operating system, IP address, etc. when you communicated with our support team. The data we collect are stored for the benefit of our site, services, and users while maintaining confidentiality.

When you access the Services (including browsing courses), we collect certain data by automated means, including:- System Data

We will ensures all necessary security and prevention measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal data that we collect and store. These measures vary based on the type and sensitivity of the data. Your password is an important part of our security system, and it is your responsibility to protect it. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that e-mail communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.
You are our valued customer who wants to join our platform to learn and share your knowledge with the world. Accordingly, we are concerned and respect your emotions and confidentiality. You also must not do the following with our website.
- Use our site for any illegal purposes.
- Infringe the Copyrights.
- Harass or personally attack other users.
- Generate unjustified or harmful communication.
- Initiate unapproved marketing of our services.
Access Restrictions
You are responsible for your username and password of your account and should not share or disclose these to anyone else. If we find any unlawful access throughout your account or any illegal dealing or fraud, we have the full right to ban/ suspend/ restrict your user/ seller account with or without prior notice.
In case you find that someone else is using your account, just change your security code and also immediately contact our support team. We have security verification tools to verify your identity to detect and remove fraud activities and access.

You have certain rights in relation to your Personally Identifiable Information. You can access your Personally Identifiable Information and confirm that it remains correct and up-to-date, choose whether or not you wish to receive material from us or some of our partners, including the ability to opt-out of promotional emails, cookies, and the collection of your data systems. You can update or terminate your account from within our Services, and can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data, or to request we provide you with a copy of your personal data by logging into the Site and visiting your user account page.

All of the intellectual property affiliated with this platform, such as the content, trademarks, copyrights, images, videos, etc., are the sole property of mentor or CodersTrust as per mentor Agreement. Accordingly, without any written or legal permission from CodersTrust, no one has authority to use any property of our services.
Per this position, you are strictly forbidden to do the following:
- You cannot republish any materials from our site without written consent.
- Share our content with any third-party websites or individuals.
- Resell our materials to others.
- Copy or reproduce our copyright materials.
- Exploit our materials for some unlawful purposes.
You can update or terminate your account from within our Services at any time. You can also contact us for individual rights requests about your personal data.
5. Updates & Contact Info
We hold the full right to change, amend or update our policy at any time, with or without notification. When we make a material change to this policy, we will notify users via email, in-product notice, or another mechanism where required. Changes become effective the day they are posted.
From time to time, we may update this Cookie Policy as well. If we do, we will notify you prior to posting the policy on our site with a new effective date.
